Healesville Sanctuary is teaming up with Yarra Valley icons to bring you a gourmet experience with a wild difference.
Over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend, Wine and Wildlife will bring you the best in food and wine against the backdrop of the Sanctuary’s stunning bush land setting. From 11am to 4pm each day, five event spaces including undercover pavilions and grassy picnic lawns will showcase a line-up of local wineries, craft breweries and hearty winter food for you to sample and purchase.
Warm up by roaring open fires and delight your senses with live acoustic music while Keepers roam the grounds with some of our furry, feathered and scaly friends for serendipitous wildlife encounters.
Plus, on Saturday only visit the Four Pillars Gin pop-up bar on the scenic Tasmanian Devils boardwalk.
Wine and Wildlife love their local wineries, just like they love their local wildlife. All Wine and Wildlife proceeds directly support Zoos Victoria’s efforts to fight the extinction of 21 local threatened species.

Admission to Wine and Wildlife is included with the Sanctuary’s general admission prices.

- Senior – $29.30
Zoos Victoria members also have free entry all weekend.

- Healesville Sanctuary is open from 9am – 5pm across the long weekend (please note that the animal exhibits close at 4:30pm)
- Wine and Wildlife is open for tastings from 11am – 4pm across the weekend
