Riverstone Estate is located just off Maroondah Highway next to the Yarra River in Coldstream, right in the heart of the Yarra Valley.
Riverstone Estate produces only premium quality wines for both domestic and international markets. Their Semillon Botrytis and Tokay are a real treat and here’s a tip – put a bottle of their Tokay in the freezer. Because of the high alcohol content it will not freeze, instead becoming a syrup that can be drizzled over your favourite desert.
The Estate restaurant has a modern Australian menu with a focus on relaxed dining. They also cater for weddings, parties, corporate functions and social clubs. Weddings are, in fact, their speciality.
Tastings are free and you can sample their wines whilst enjoying an antipasto platter in front of one of the most spectacular views in the Yarra Valley.

Seven for dinner, parents stayed overnight in the B&B for a special occassion. We made the best of the occassion and had a good night. But, sadly, overall we were disappointed.
4pm arrival for the B&B – room not ready!
Some guests enjoying the afternoon were well settled, yet the empty tables both indoors and outdoors were in desperate need of a good wipe down.
Breakfast provided was minimal, with jams and spreads well past their use by dates. Honey leaking over pantry shelf.
In its favour – beautiful views – lots of potential. However, attention to detail needs to be addressed.
