That’s just a taste of what you can expect at the 2014 Herb & Chilli festival.

Who thought of this anyway?

Herb & Chilli festival
The festival was started by long term residents and nursery operators in the valley who are passionate growers and users of herbs and chillies. The aim of the festival is to provide a venue where visitors, both recreational and professional, can spend a day learning everything about herbs and chillies. There will be talks from experts and renowned herbalists on various aspects of the plants. There will be a series of cooking demonstrations and some entertainment with South American influences. Add to that a “Biggest Chilli” competition and a “Chilli Cook-off” and you have a recipe for a hot day in Wandin. (Apologies for the repeated ‘hot’ puns)
