11:15am – Domaine Chandon
12:00 – Lunch & tasting at Rochford
1:30 – Four Pillars Distillery
2:30 – De Bortoli
3:30 – Yarra Valley Dairy
4:30 – Napoleone Brewery
5:30 – Coldstream Brewery for one last drink
